One of the most important elements in cinema today is a strong soundtrack and design. By introducing ProTools and/or Adobe Audition into your workflow, you can take your film to the next level! These post production audio tools can help you sweeten your tracks and avoid thin sound. In this workshop you will make rich and detailed backgrounds, create abstract ambiences to set mood, and “futz” sounds so they appear to originate on a radio or telephone. Real, surreal, and natural sounds are all examined and created. Your sounds will then be added to a Quicktime movie. Using your sonic imagination can add sound design to your storytelling arsenal.
