Workshops These
workshops train future filmmakers on the technical core aspects of filmmaking,
and are also an effective way for aspiring independent filmmakers to
meet others who are active in the local filmmaking community. Many workshop
participants go on to help one another with their IFCO workshops
are now available to both IFCO members and non-members (general public).
Please also note that all non-membership rates include an IFCO membership.
Throughout the year, IFCO also offers workshops designed to encourage and promote diversity with the co-op's membership. This programming is generally focussed on workshops for youth as well as members of the Aboriginal and Visible Minority communities in the Ottawa area. More details on upcoming workshops are posted on this page. For an overview of IFCO's workshop policies and procedures, please click here. {PDF document} Hands-on-Filmmaking Workshop
